How may we pray for you? The members of our Prayer Team are dedicated to intercessory prayer. You may have cares and needs in your life for which prayer and help from the Lord is needed. Also, please let us know how God answers your prayers and/or if you need additional prayer. Praise reports really encourage the Prayer Team!
“Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about what happens to you.” 1 Pet. 5:7
Every Sunday morning a group of faithful believers meet to pray over the Sanctuary. Please consider coming along side this amazing team as they fervently pray for the Sunday services and the very people who will be attending.
This is a group of dedicated men and women that come along side others during the service to pray for others.
As intercessors, we need to understand the incredible power available to us. “And when He has taken the book, the four living creatures and the 24 elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.” Revelation 5:8
Will you join us in praying for the body? We receive prayer requests throughout the week over the Internet and in the prayer boxes on Sunday. Join our prayer chain and intercede for 2-5 prayer requests each week that you will receive through email.
Intercessory Prayer Team
Intercessory prayer is prayer for others. An intercessor is one who takes the place of another or pleads another’s case. “Holy, believing, persevering prayer whereby someone pleads with God on behalf of another or others who desperately need God’s intervention.”
Are you passionate about praying for others? Do you find yourself praying for people during the service? If you answered yes to these questions, then we challenge you to join the Intercessory Prayer Team. Our mission is to follow the leading of the Lord Jesus Christ as we intercede on behalf of the lost and petition for those that need healing and his direction in their lives. We battle for the furtherance of the Kingdom of God as we support our pastor, leaders, ministries, and our congregation in prayer during the services.
Seasons of Prayer and Fasting
We regularly spend time in prayer and fasting. We also have special seasons to focus our hearts and minds on hearing the voice of God.
